Interview
I went though a three stage process, interviewing twice with the District Manager and once with the Regional Manager. They ask a lot of the standard questions including: work history, personal views on theft, I remember that pay was a sticking point. We went back and forth on three different phone calls. They will try to low ball you every time.
2 interviews, one with another store manager in the district and the district manager. Very laid back. I just demonstrated that I am a dependable employee and I think that stood out.

Interview
One face to face five minute interview, where they asked no questions about your history or any personal. It felt like they didn’t care about “you” they just wanted to make sure that you could change to “one of them”
