Whew! The interview process was an epic tale lol. It consisted of 5 parts.
1. Online application and initial interview (along with a 3-minute "why you" video)
2. Second interview (upon entry to next round you have a project based on the position you applied for.)
3. Third Interview discussing project (passage to next round is aptitude assessment/personality quiz/spiritual gifts test)
4. Interview goes over the results and final questions ( passage into last round is an invitation to Global Interview Event in Edmond, OK)
5. Global Interview Event* - All day interview event (round robin, one on one, and one on two's)
