Interview
The entire process is very intense. There are many rounds of interviewing and each comes with a different difficulty. There is round robin style questions, communication run through, and intense leadership questioning.
Challenging but friendly. They want to make sure they are making the right hire. Experience does matter but they are willing train up. Come prepared and be on time. You’ll interview with a staff pastor then take a small tour.
