Interview
First you answers some interview questions over email and then I was asked to come in for an interview. During the initial interview they decided right there whether you will be invited back for the second interview. To prepare for the second interview they had you memorize the vision of the company and some various values of Lifetime.
Applied online and was asked to do an interview virtually with the manager of the unit. Received an offer at the end of the interview. Mainly asked scenario/ behavioral questions and about my past experience with children.
very quick and fast. only asked a few questions about experience and different scenarios. It was positive and very nice. Was asked about my schedule and how I prefer to work also.
Two step interview process with clear easy questions. Genuinely seems like they just want to get to know your personality. In the second interview, they ask you to recite the LifeTime motto and give you the job offer.
