I applied through other source. I interviewed at LifeStance Health (Media, PA) in Mar 2021
Interview
There is a two step interview process in which you interview with one person and then the manager for the department you are in. It was not a hard process
I applied online. I interviewed at LifeStance Health
Interview
The interview was not as I expected. The person interviewing became very aggressive while asking questions about KPI’s. She treated KPI as if it were more important than actually being qualified for the position and how to handle clients. It was just her asking about my current KPI in my call center position. She fully believed that I did not know what I was talking about and that I did not have any experience in a call center. It made me very uncomfortable at how aggressive she was and how she actively made me feel like I did not know what I was talking about. I believe it was the other way around. This position was for OP services. They do not know what the intake process entails for IP. For a company whose primary focus is mental health, I’m glad that I did not get the position. Just watch out because she made it seems as though the only thing they care about is not the clients, strictly your KPI and money.
