Lifespace Communities interview questions

I felt very comfortable with my interview with them. Good questions were asked. I was offered the position the next day. I was able to negotiate my salary at ease.

The company put me through a number of remote interviews and then invited me to their corporate office for an in-person interview. I was completed ghosted by the recruiter after my interview. I formally withdrew my application and, not surprisingly, never heard a word from the recruiter. Definitely would never consider working for this organization. I strongly suspect age discrimination.
