My advanced computer skills and graphic design abilities landed me the job but I wasn't compensated anymore than an entry level applicant. Also, during the interview I was told that I would be given the opportunity to make more money utilizing my abilities but that never happened. New responsibilities were added on to my job description without any addition increase. Over qualified and under paid.
