The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lifetouch (Indianapolis, IN) in Aug 2012
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter for this position then recommended to the hiring manager. The hiring manager didn't called me back for 2 weeks because he said there was talk about not adding the position at that time, but he decided he was going to add the position anyway...

Question 1
Not difficult, but random unexpected text book personality and situational questions
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Lifetouch
Interview
The interview process was less than professional. It was obvious that the interviewer didn't want to be there. Ridiculous for any company. Initially a phone interview then moved to a zoom process.
Initial screening by HR with very basic questions, followed by Microsoft teams meeting with national sales manager and district sales manager . More in depth interview, but very conversational and friendly.
