Interview
I applied online and was contacted right away via phone and email, where they talked about some of the finer details of the job. They scheduled an interview. It was pretty relaxed and easy. They just want to make sure you're competent and have a clean background. They did a background check and I came in again later for a couple hours to fill out paperwork. The job started maybe a month after I interviewed. They offered me the job at the end of the interview. They hire more people than they need because they know that many of the people will end up backing out.

Interview
Very easy going and comfortable interview. No tough questions or typical "explain yourself to me " type questions. Just went over my availability and job schedule and basics if the job. One of the easiest interviews with the sweetest woman!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What is my availability and would it fit into the required availability for the position?
Interview was over an hour of the interviewer reading from a paper and writing down word for word what I said. It was awkward and ridiculous. The worst interview I have ever had the displeasure of being a part of.
Very easy to talk to. You just tell them about yourself pretty much. Then they will either set you up with a virtual interview with the hiring manager if they like you.
