Interview
Phone interview went well as did the 1:1 interview, but have yet to hear anything. I was very disappointed to learn pay scale was only $10/hour when you have to lug around all that equipment and travel from school to school in an allotted time

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Lifetouch (Ferndale, MI) in Jul 2023
Interview
Very easy going and comfortable interview. No tough questions or typical "explain yourself to me " type questions. Just went over my availability and job schedule and basics if the job. One of the easiest interviews with the sweetest woman!

Question 1
What is my availability and would it fit into the required availability for the position?

Very easy to talk to. You just tell them about yourself pretty much. Then they will either set you up with a virtual interview with the hiring manager if they like you.
