Phone interview which led to in person F2F interviews with CEO and COO, follow up interviews with executive personnel and then another follow up phone interview with a friend of the CEO. References called and spoken to. Verbally told to hold out for offer letter, then at the last minute told their consultant negotiated with them to accept the offer instead. Very unprofessional (lost out on another opportunity due to being led on by COO and CEO).
