I applied online, and got a email from the hiring manager , he did not actually asked me many questions, after 2 weeks, I got a on site interview invitation from their HR. After the on site interview with the manager and HR, about 2 days, I got a rejection letter, my experience doesn't fit this position, they don't think I can do well.
