      I applied online. I interviewed at Lightera (Somerset, NJ) in Jun 2020

      3 step process, multiple phone interviews which ultimately led to an onsite interview with a lot of technical questions. regarding various circuitry configurations and PLC control techniques. Furthermore I was interviewed in segments of 12 different people 3 times, so alot of new faces and small talk to make.
