My interview process was organized and thoughtful. The recruiting team at Limbach has a sketch of the job and were prepared to describe the interview process from the gate. They were equally as interested in “a right fit” as I was as the interviewee. I felt as if my recruitment was a collaboration. This recruitment environment gave me a sneak peek at what to expect from my roll and from my potential teammates.
