The interview process was great. My recruiter was wonderful and made me feel comfortable. James outlined the stages of the hiring process and kept me updated on what was going to happen next and when I would be hearing back. After a phone interview with him, I had a video interview with the manager. For my final interview, I got to meet the team in person and get to know more about them as well as the role. The whole process was thorough and gave me a really good idea of the job, the people in the company as well as the company culture. I highly recommend Limbach Company.
