I reached up to the final part of the recruitment process, however I did not receive an offer. The recruiter emailed me for the first interview few hours after I submitted my CV, I had never been contacted so fast. First interview was with the company recruiter and lasted 30 min. Then I made an online test, where I needed to work with excel and provide some answers based on the data. After successfully completing the test, I had a 30 min interview with the General Manager (Hiring Manager). She was friendly, asked me about my background and the position. Next step was to prepare a Case Study. Finally, after completing the Case Study, I had 4 consecutive interviews, each one lasting 30 min with 2 Operation Managers, 1 GM of another country and the Hiring manager once more. All of them were via skype, as I live in a different country from the one to which I applied. Although there was delay in some of the calls, which did not allow to fully utilise the 30 min, overall my experience was good. Everyone in the interviews was friendly and polite. When there was delay, I was contacted to be informed. In the end, they called me to give me feedback even if the answer was negative. The recruiter asked me for feedback about the interview process and I received a link to which I can also give feedback. As I saw lots of negative comments here about their interview process, it’s clear that they have seen them as well and try to improve.
