Excellent and quick from start to finish. It started with a phone call, followed by a panel interview. It took around 20 days from the initial call to the offer process.
I was contacted very shortly after applying by the Recruiter.
Interviews with: Recruiter, Hiring Manager, 2-3 team members 1:1. No group panel.
~30 minutes each, very easy standard interview questions
Recruiter is your point of contact during the entire process which is very nice.
You can request more time with anyone if you have any questions. Recruiter and Hiring Managers spend time really selling the role and convincing you. Any questions you have will be answered in a "sugar-coated" way. I should have seen these as red flags because once in the job the expectation was different than reality.
Fyi- Employees are incentivized $2500 for referrals who get hired so there is alot of people who are hired by referrals.
