Interview
I was shortlisted by HR and had the typical HR 30-min screening call scheduled.. and HR never called me or reached out. After a while, I had to reach out to them via email to ask them whether they wanted to reschedule as they didn't join. We rescheduled.. and yet again, this happened. I had to reach out to them to reschedule one more time.. and they didn't bother to call the 3rd time either.. I am waiting it out now to see if HR will ever reach out to reschedule for a fourth time since I always had to do it. But seriously what type of process is this?? No way I will ever consider working at Lime after this horrible experience.

I wouldn't know since they never called me at the agreed interview times. Exchanges by email were also very brief since it was only about rescheduling the interview several times after they never reached out at the agreed interview time.
