Someone contacted me via LinkedIn. She invited me to apply to their website providing a link. Once I filled out their application, she coordinated an interview with the person in charge of this position. The whole process took about 4 days, which is very decent compared to other companies. Unfortunately, they are looking for someone that has a different skillset than I have but I have to send my KUDOS to the person who reached out to me for providing an excellent candidate experience as she communicated in every step of the way in a timely manner. My interviewer was also great at explaining what she was looking for in a candidate, which I appreciate because not many companies do this.
