I applied online for a position at Lime and was contacted a few weeks later by a recruiter. My first interview went well, and I was quickly moved to the next round. After my second interview, however, communication completely stopped. I waited a week without any updates and decided to send a follow-up email, but I never received a response.
Unfortunately, after my second interview, I was completely ghosted. While the initial process was smooth, the lack of communication afterward was disappointing. It would have been helpful to receive a rejection email or any form of closure rather than being left in the dark.

I was contacted by a recruiter from Lime and we quickly set up a phone screen. Recruiter was super enthusiastic and really passionate about Lime which really sold me on the company. I didn’t get the initial role that I had interviewed for but recruiter reached out again about a different role a couple of months later. Since I already had the phone screens done, they brought me in for an on-site interview. I was sent very thorough emails about who I would meet with and how to prepare for the interview. Day of interview was very smooth. I was provided a printed schedule of interviews and in the interview room they had written “Welcome (my name),” nice touch! I was told I would hear back in 2-3 business days. On day 3, I was asked to answer one more scenario. Next day I was made an offer. Interview process was smooth and recruiter checked in regularly. Very rare. I have interviewed at Google, Facebook, Twitter and other tech companies and I would say this has been the best experience thus far!
