I applied for two positions within this company. Both Financial Analyst roles, and have experience in the specific platform needed for the role. Unfortunately after two months of no communication, I was denied for both roles within the span of two hours. I would encourage a more structured communication process, to ensure candidates aren’t overrun with multiple denial email from the same company in one day.
