Thanks for the feedback, and sorry you had a bad experience with us. We've taken some of this feedback and leaned out our interview process.... more pair interviews... more panels to get the right people involved earlier with less sequential interviewing. Sometimes... we will end up with a candidate who appears to be a good fit... but there is some dissension internally... and we have asked for one last discussion with (generally) a very senior decision maker. We take hiring very seriously... and finding folks to work here is incredibly difficult. I'd rather have that last interview and make sure we are making a good decision for both of us, rather than make an offer when we are not a fit. Sometimes that's been a little messy for us. Sorry you got caught up in that mess.
