The interview was an interesting blend of conversional one-on-ones and series of assessments. The one-on-ones were great. Each teammate showed genuinely interest in getting to know me as a candidate and explore my unique blend of experiences and knowledge to see if there was a mutually beneficial fit. The knowledge and passion coming from the individuals I spoke with was refreshing. Everyone seemed humble, inquisitive, and knowledgeable. The assessments were fun and informative. My understanding is that they are used to help better understand candidates, not as a pass/fail filter. My results told a story of my strengths and weaknesses that my resume or a series of interviews never could. While the process was involved, I found it valuable for me to gauge LeadingAgile and worthwhile to make sure joining was going to be a win-win. Priya (my recruiter) was a pleasure to work with. You could tell that she is passionate about the company and culture. Throughout the entire process she was transparent and responsive.
