There were 4 interviews, and 4 assessments to take. The assessments ranged from aptitude to emotional intelligence. The interviews included 1 technical pair programming exercise, in which I actually learned quite a bit of information about Test-Driven Development. I thoroughly enjoyed speaking to the interviewers - it was a conversation, not an interrogation. Very refreshing considering past interviews that I have had with other companies. They all had wonderful things to say about the company and their passion for their work truly shined through their words.
