Applied online, had to do some online internet and computer tests. Then got a email scheduling time, not asking if this would work just assigning it. The email I received raised red flags because the same paragraph was repeated 3 times, websites and links were combined, clear instructions weren’t provided, still I moved forward and called at my assigned time. Interviewer answered then went to complain it’s a crazy fridays because she has had bad interviews, and people not showing up (I wonder why) she asked to put me on hold to get my resume and that’s fine, but when she comes back the audio is off, robotic tinge and I couldn’t understand, we eventually understand that I’ll hang up and call back I did and it was fine. Then she complained again saying she doesn’t know why, she has a landline and it wouldn’t be on her end.. ma’am I’m on my cell phone, and it started when you put me on hold. But anyways we started to go over my results and she insisted on doing it again, so I did, she didn’t like those results and then said again rudely. At this point I’m frustrated because she has done nothing but honestly be rude and complain. I have passed every other companies work from home with no issues. Jobs that have higher security issues (banks insurance etc) she insists the company is just very secure because it’s healthcare. I said ok, company isn’t going to be a fit for me thank you and ended the call. It was just a frustrating experience and I don’t honestly know why someone would work for this company. Plenty of companies pay more for work from home and you are at least treated with respect. Pass
