Interview
They have you take the Watson-Glaser test to assess your critical thinking skills, a spelling test from the WRAT to evaluate your sight word base, and a 3 word nonsense spelling test to test your phonemic awareness. They'll do some practice activities from our comprehension program, Visualizing and Verbalizing, where you'll read a story about talk about your imagery for the story. The programs are all imagery based, so the more vividly you describe the story, the better. For example, "I pictured a 6 foot tall pine tree with gold and red bulbs, popcorn strings, and a star at the top." would be better than "There's a christmas tree with ornaments on it." They'll also ask some hypothetical questions about dress, safety, and show. They are big on making sure the center looks clean and professional.
