I applied online. I interviewed at LinkedIn (New York, NY) in Nov 2016
Interview
Process stared with a phone screen from a current BLP member and then would go onto a phone interview from a recruiter with additional steps. I did not get asked to continue on in in the interview process after the first initial phone screen which surprised me. Questions were mostly involving what you knew about the company/internship program and what you hoped to accomplish with the internship and in sales

Applied online. Contacted by recruiter for a phone screen, about 30 min, behavioral. Recruiter decided to accelerate process to virtual super day, where there were two one hour long interviews with one manager each.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at LinkedIn (San Francisco, CA) in Dec 2016
Interview
Applied online through a referral, and was contacted by a recruiter within two weeks. Moved through two rounds of interviews. Interviews themselves were almost entirely behavioral, with most questions looking to gauge interest in LinkedIn and background.
