Interview
First phone screening by HR followed by 3 in person meetings with 4 different stakeholders. One round included a role play for which a case study was given one weekbefore the meeting. HR does the , offer management' mainly on pre decided internal salary bands and not basis your past comp. They tend to tell you, you are at the max limit for your grade (i have heard this from multiple employees). Do review pay ranges and go in well informed for salary negotiaion.

Depending on division you are looking at 4 rounds. Recruiter, team member, hiring manager and panel presentation. Very hard to know what someone is looking for in the panel. They don’t make it easy

Well managed interview process, good engaging questions, well thought out and prompt feedback from the talent recruitment team. In general the culture at LinkedIn seemed great and I did not take the role as I was offered another one at my current company.
