The interview process was seamless. I was referred by a current employee and was contacted within a week. There were 3 rounds of interviews (HR, employee, hiring manager). The overall process took about 6-8 weeks due to summer schedules. Overall, it was pretty seamless. They opted to move forward with an internal candidate but the overall interview process was great. My main recruiter (Emily) was very helpful in sharing updates even when there were not many to be had. I appreciated the way the process was managed.
