I received a phone interview invite about a month after I applied. I was told me they were moving fast and would be hosting in-person interviews later that week, which was fine with me, I was excited to be interviewing in the first place. However, I never received an email letting me know that I would not be moving forward. I understand this happens in the applicant phase but a courtesy notification after doing a phone interview would have been appreciated.
