I applied online and was interviewed a week later. The recruiter was very enthusiastic, and gave a good number of compliments (which I think she does to every candidate). She also would not tell me the nature of the project they were hiring for, stating that it was confidential. A week later, I spoke with the hiring manager, who asked exactly two questions, both targeted at the nature of the project, which turned out not to be confidential. Several weeks passed. I sent them a follow-up email, but received no reply. I was surprised that a recruiting platform would take the silent approach, so turned my focus to other positions.
