I have made it to the final round which is an assessment day in Dublin.
However, be prepared as favoritism runs in this company (you can check the employees reviews) even before you officially enter there.
Some candidates already knew the assessors as they were friends with them, no wonder they got the job.
There are virtually no chances of entering the program unless you are studying in Ireland. It is ironic that they recruit Irish people for markets for which they do not even know the language, let alone the culture.
Also, recruiting people who do not have a background in business does not make the company look that professional.
For example, some people were studying “Gender Studies” or other “social studies”, any serious company would at least require a business degree.
All you need to do is parrot their values which from what I have read they are merely an employer branding strategy and not really followed.
Finally, leaving candidates hanging for weeks after the final interview before rejecting them is actually unprofessional, especially when they need to evaluate other offers.
