Extremely poor experience. I don't know if HR people at LinkedIn are swamped by applications or if they simply lack the organizational and time management skills necessary to do their job properly. They're late for meetings and calls, don't keep you up-to-date with the latest news on your application and in general you can feel that they just don't care about candidates. Considering LinkedIn international reputation and popularity, I had high expectations and I am extremely disappointed by their unprofessional attitude. They handled the selection process so poorly that I'm happy I won't be working with them anytime soon, my business standards being much higher than theirs.

A very general conversation with an HR representative. After this we scheduled a second phone call which was with a manager on the team. They wanted to go over various projects i led as well as my skills in various technologies
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at LinkedIn (Dublin, Dublin)
Interview
Interview process was long but very light. Had 4 rounds with various levels peers/seniors. Interviews were very much relaxed conversations and not too difficult. Talent acquisition team are exceptional at keeping me informed and updated.
