      I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at LinkedIn (Toronto, ON) in May 2021

      Interview

      4 stage interview process beginning with HR, followed by a behavioural 1:1 interview with one of the hiring managers. Based on the outcome, there was a second behavioural interview with 2 hiring managers. Then there was a case study presentation with a panel, which is the same as the Onsite interview. I also had another round of interview with a senior leader as my last round.

      Após me cadastrar para a vaga de AE, recebi um teste por e-mail e então uma ligação do RH onde fizeram aquela triagem normal para entender melhor o perfil do candidato. Após isso marcaram a primeira entrevista com o RH onde tive que explicar toda minha experiência e o porque eu gostaria de trabalhar no LinkedIn. Após essa etapa, uma empresa de consultoria me ligou para fazer o teste de inglês. Sobre o teste de inglês - Foi uma conversa sobre tudo, bem aleatória para saber o nível de inglês mesmo. Após passar dessa etapa, fui entrevistada por uma pessoa responsável da área do Talent Solutions, onde perguntou novamente sobre todas as minhas experiência nos mínimos detalhes e fez bastante perguntas sobre processos da área comercial. Após essa etapa recebi um e-mail onde explicavam o desafio do role play que eu teria que fazer uma simulação de venda para o gestor da área e uma outra pessoa do time e também tinha uma planilha de "priorização" para fazer e explicar as minhas prioridades que eu deveria já levar pronto para o role play. Difícil! Mas eles foram super simpáticos! Foi uma experiência e tanto participar de todo o processo.
