I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at LinkedIn (Sydney) in Sep 2020
Interview
I was reached out by the recruiter. Our first call he asked about my exp and then went through all the different roles in the talent business. He then gave me time to decide which type of role was my preference. Next round was exp based questions with the mangers and for the last round I needed to a client demo where it was my fist time meeting the client. I found this part really tough as this was my first interview in years. Heard back two days later and recruiter said I wasn't right for the role and gave me things to work on. I was also interviewing with some other tech companies at the same time . Even though I didn't get the role the recruiter offered me the opportunity to get in touch in the future so I could discuss my other options with him and he gave me feedback on the companies I was exploring which was really helpful. This was the fastest and nicest process I had been through compared to the other options I was exploring.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at LinkedIn (São Paulo, São Paulo) in Mar 2026
Interview
Processo muito transparente dividido em três etapas: entrevista via telefone com o RH, entrevista com o gestor e entrevista final com o gestor e um diretor. Houve feedback ao final do processo.
I did not enjoy the application experience. A recruiter messaged me directly and there was a lack of clear directions. The entire process was very quick and badly organized I would expect more from an enterprise level organization like LinkedIn
Three rounds: hr screen, hiring manager and group interview. The team has been very professional and supportive throughout the process and made me feel at ease. The whole process toom around 6 weeks.
