Had a call with a recruiter after they reached out. Said they wanted me to moved forward but I had to follow up a week later and then was passed to another recruiter who was very junior. She scheduled me with the HM quickly after our call. Had a call with the HM who was pretty disengaged. She seemed unimpressed with my background and almost annoyed to even be on a call with me. A week later, I got a generic reject email from the recruiter. Fairly disappointing since I had heard great things about the talent team at LI.
