I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at LinkedIn in Mar 2022
Interview
I interviewed with them via a referral. When speaking to the team (recruiter, manager, manager adjacent) they seemed pleasant. However, the process was dragged out for 5 months while recruiters went ghost in the interim. Very slow to respond and give feedback. Received great feedback and was told multiple roles were opened. After the final interview (which required time and research) was told they decided to reduce headcount by the recruiter 2 weeks after they said they would notify me. However, that was a lie which is not appreciated and quite sad that they feel the need to be untruthful. Who knows what the real reason is. What the recruiter and team hadn’t realized was that the hiring manager previously added me on LinkedIn during the long process and recently posted that he was still hiring for multiple roles even as she sent the email. At the eod, I pursued another opportunity and I’m glad I’m hindsight. A company that is not respectful of peoples time with the long process and also feels the need to lie isn’t a company I want to be apart of.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at LinkedIn (São Paulo, São Paulo) in Mar 2026
Interview
Processo muito transparente dividido em três etapas: entrevista via telefone com o RH, entrevista com o gestor e entrevista final com o gestor e um diretor. Houve feedback ao final do processo.
I did not enjoy the application experience. A recruiter messaged me directly and there was a lack of clear directions. The entire process was very quick and badly organized I would expect more from an enterprise level organization like LinkedIn
Three rounds: hr screen, hiring manager and group interview. The team has been very professional and supportive throughout the process and made me feel at ease. The whole process toom around 6 weeks.
