Interview
Initial phone screening with a manager. Next, a HackerRank consisting of open ended tech support tickets and how you would interact with the customer via email. Finally, an in-person interview with your potential team at the Linode HQ in Old City. A thorough, yet thoughtful process. There was a great mix of questions regarding my competency to perform in the role, while simultaneously getting to know me as a person.

The hiring managers did not seem interested in the start of the conversation. Even the greeting was dull and they had no follow ups after most of my answers.
