Interview
Received a call after I submitted a resume and application online. I was asked about day and hour availability. I advised I was willing to negotiate based upon pay and benefits. Typical questions were asked during the personal interview. I however was under the impression that an Assistant Manager would require more administrative tasks and have a higher rate of pay. It was only Part Time and mainly inside sales leadership. The rate of pay was too low and the hours would be too difficult. I thanked them for her time and declined moving forward. I feel that she already had a feeling I needed more pay and better hours.
