Interview
It was just one round of interview that too went on for about 35-40 odd minutes with the Director. It was more of personal round of Interview to judge your knowledge and the control on English language.

Question 1
Being an Engineer I was working in Call Centre prior to joining Lionbridge and was asked in the Interview that 'If they hire me, they would still not pay me even half of what I was drawing in Call Centre'. The toughest question was will I be able to switch at half salary.

Interview
I was contacted via phone regarding application I submitted, the recruiter set up an interview in person on the next week, without any phone interview.
The in person interview consisted of three parts:
- 1:1 interview with HR recruiter who tested oral English skills and the usual HR questions regarding previous jobs experience, CV, etc.
- group interview with the Engineering Department Manager and Engineering Team Lead, which was more of a position presentation with few technical questions mixed in
- computer test consisting of writing business mails in English and quality assurance part based on fixing errors in localized XML/HTML files

The quality assurance part of the test was as suprise to me.
