Zoom call with the VP and his assistant. Asked about myself, personal interests and qualifications. The interview was very low pressure and felt very organic. He also let me ask as many questions as I needed.

It was an internal hire since I was already working at a previous role within the company so the process was fairly easy. My boss saw my work in my previous role and gave me this opportunity when it came up.
