The HR person I was dealing with was a temp... but she couldn't adequately explain their hiring process?? Many red flags right out the gate (kinda silly to have an in-person interview and ask phone screen type questions.. but this seems to be limited to the marketing dept as other depts seem to be led by seasoned hiring managers that know this already) so after i came across too many flags, I withdrew saying it was not a fit ( I couldnt see myself there for 3+ years). Not everything is for everyone.

I interviewed at Lionsgate
Interview
Pretty average interview. HR, then 2 interviews with Directors, then 2 interviews with hiring managers. Then again with HR to confirm employment. Whole process took about 3 weeks + 2 weeks notice.

Question 1
Didn’t really ask specific questions, mostly conversational and went through my resume.
A few rounds of interviews, started with initial screening with HR. Very nice and relaxed. Did ask some boilerplate interview questions that you might get at any company like where do you see yourself in the future, how do you handle conflicting deadlines etc.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself, what attracted you to this role & why are you a good fit
First interview was with HR and then I had 3 individual interviews with team members and hiring manager. I never heard back about position even though my last interviewer said I would be getting a final interview. I followed up with HR and still didn't hear back.
