I applied online. I interviewed at Lipscomb University
Interview
A few days after I submitted my application I got an email asking me to pick a phone interview time. The day of the phone interview I was emailed by the hiring manager to make sure that the time was still good for me. The actual phone call lasted about 15 minutes.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Lipscomb University (Nashville, TN)
Interview
The interview process was pretty straightforward- I submitted an application and resume, then spoke over the phone with the hiring manager. Two weeks later, I met with a hiring committee and then three weeks later, I was offered the job during a one-on-one meeting on campus. I knew several people in the specific department that I had applied to, and got an interview on the strength of those recommendations.
