Interview was done offsite. Discuss my past work experience and what I can contribute to the company if I get hired. Discussed some of the issues and the company and how I can address them. After the interview, I was informed that I was hired and undergo medical test. Once passed proceed to orientation,

Interview
Littelfuse uses a Behavioral Based Interview process. I did not know this before I interviewed. Had I, I would have been better prepared. The interviews were with six or seven different people. Some via phone, others in person in Chicago. Everyone was very cordial, and did their part of the BBI process. I would have loved to work there, but some how fell short.
