There was a very well thought out 4 hour interview with 5 individuals. Since I was from out of town they made all the travel arrangements for me which were perfect. They really displayed their thoughtfulness and concern for me.

Interview
The final interview with the global operations Manager was focused on manufacturing concepts and HR support for manufacturing organizations. The recruiter and hiring managers had not listed that as being preferred so it was surprising to hear about it as a must-have during the final interview. They hired someone who had done HR for a manufacturing company previously.
The rest of the process was great, and Amy the Recruiter was on top of everything and gave a great experience.
