Began with HR phone screen, quickly followed up by phone screen with hiring manager. This resulted in on-site interviews with hiring manager and several team members. This provided excellent exposure and visibility into the organization, team member roles, responsibilities, company culture and working environment opinions. Due to schedules the on-site interview process resulted in two visits weeks apart. Everyone was generous with their time and each session was very informative. Each person was candid and well prepared with meaningful and insightful questions. They also have a set of behavioral questions which were fun and thoughtful to answer. There was one additional final interview that was scheduled which was cancelled at the last minute due to their re-scoping the position responsibilities (perfectly understandable given the importance of the role and how it would best fit into the organization). It is my hope that we reconnect once they finalize the revised position.
