I had a truly enjoyable experience interviewing with Littelfuse. Although not selected for the Hr business partner role, their senior recruiter, Pat, treated me with the upmost dignity and respect. Pat explained the process in its entirety, she kept me informed of the status of my application and she respectfully informed me that I was not selected. What’s more, Pat demonstrated empathy and encouraged me to continue my job search. As an active candidate, these are traits that seem to be lost by modern recruiters. Because of my experience with Pat, I opine highly of the Littefuse brand and would like to thank the company for having people like her to represent them and to focus on the candidate experience. As we all know, job hunting and interviewing are no easy tasks.
