A few phone interviews and then onsite. I was told it would be behavioral interviews but there were very few of those type of questions. Some of the people I met with were completely unprepared. The HR team was very nice but they had me in from 11-4 with no breaks and little water. Overall it was fine but I knew I wasn't a good fit.
