Littelfuse interview questions

Littelfuse uses a Behavioral Based Interview process. I did not know this before I interviewed. Had I, I would have been better prepared. The interviews were with six or seven different people. Some via phone, others in person in Chicago. Everyone was very cordial, and did their part of the BBI process. I would have loved to work there, but some how fell short.

I was contacted by a recruiter about a potential fit for a job at Littelfuse. I'd never heard of them previously. Over the course of roughly six weeks I had three phone interviews, filled out a questionnaire, took an online skills assessment and filled out a formal application. And then I was told they were no longer moving forward with my candidacy. Ultimately I didn't spend that much time on it and never had a face to face interview, but the whole thing was rather odd.
