Question 1
Why Live Ramp? How would you contribute to LiveRamp with your past experiences

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at LiveRamp (New York, NY)
Interview
Typical process from the start. I applied for the role online, got reached out to by a recruiting coordinator and set up a screen to chat with a recruiter. The recruiting screens were easy. I interviewed for multiple customer success teams.
The hiring manager interviews seemed very elitist. The questions asked were typical scenario questions and what you already know about Liveramp with a sprinkle of how your background correlates to the role.
If I would have moved forward you would have a video interview with other team members and possibly some type of assessment. Unfortunately, I did not move forward past the hiring manager phone screen. This company is looking for the unicorn perfect fit and it shows.
Thank you for taking the time to share your interview experience. While we are quite selective throughout the interview process, we do not want to come across as elitist. We strive to be inclusive and engaging during our interviews and this feedback is something that will help us develop the skills of our interviewers.
While this may not have been the right fit at this time, we hope that you will consider LiveRamp in the future. Best of luck in your career search! -Erika
